Looney Ranch Wellness may offer physical products, including crystals, carvings, and other merchandise; digital content, including meditation videos, recordings, or other wellness content; and special ranch events or wellness experiences, including sound baths, yoga gatherings, crystal events, retreats, and similar offerings.
Products, services, events, availability, dates, locations, pricing, and descriptions may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, cancel, limit, or discontinue an offering when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid event or order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to the terms provided for that purchase.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, or an inability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, any refund due will be issued through the applicable payment method.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Square. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s terms, conditions, and privacy practices.
Applicable taxes and permitted shipping charges may be added at checkout.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Purchases are subject to our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Event-specific and digital-product refund policies may differ from policies applicable to physical products and may be provided at the time of purchase or registration.
5. Digital Products
Digital products, including meditation videos, recordings, downloads, and other digital materials, are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of the content or any intellectual-property rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, upload, publish, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit digital content without prior written permission from Looney Ranch Wellness.
Refund and cancellation terms applicable to digital products will be stated in the applicable sales or refund policy.
6. Ranch Events & Participation
Ranch events may involve animals, outdoor environments, uneven ground, physical movement, yoga, sound experiences, walking, or other activities.
Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and event rules.
Certain events or activities may require participants to complete a separate acknowledgment of risk, liability waiver, release, or participation agreement before participating.
Minors may participate only when permitted for the particular event and with any required consent or participation documents completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Event-specific cancellation, rescheduling, weather, attendance, and refund policies may be provided during registration and will apply to that event.
7. Natural Products
Crystals, minerals, and other natural materials may vary in color, size, weight, shape, pattern, texture, inclusions, markings, and other characteristics.
We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately, but photographs may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, computer screens, mobile devices, and the natural characteristics of the material.
Natural variations and characteristics are not necessarily defects.
8. Wellness & Medical Disclaimer
Looney Ranch Wellness does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, counseling, or other licensed healthcare services.
Our products, meditation content, crystal information, events, sound baths, yoga gatherings, and other wellness experiences are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and are not substitutes for professional medical or mental health care.

9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its contents, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, videos, meditation recordings, audio recordings, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Looney Ranch Wellness and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
